Location of our villa
When you spend your holiday in our centrally located accommodation in popular La Zenia, your family will have all the important places to go close by.
Highlights

Our prices

75€ per day - 01.10.2023 - 14.12.2023:

55€ per day - For a 5th person we charge 20€ per day.
Wifi, children's travel cot and a package of towels and bed linen are included for each guest.
Final cleaning fee: 70€
For a 5th person we charge 15€ extra for cleaning.
This cleaning fee will be paid to our house management upon arrival.
Electricity is charged at 0,35€ per Kw,
The deposit is 250€.
A transfer from and to the airport can be booked for 60€ each way.
We rent from private to private. No agency fees, no hidden costs.

Standard check-in: from 15:00
Standard check-out: until 11:00 a.m.
A later check-in is possible.
Arrival
The nearest airport is in Alicante, about 45 km away. The airport in Murcia is 50 km away. From Germany, you can fly to Alicante and Murcia with Ryanair, Easyjet or Eurowings, among others.
A transfer from the under to the airport can be booked for 60€ per trip. There is also a good bus service from the airport to La Zenia.
A private parking space with its own driveway is available.
